Who We Are

Neurodivergent Navigators is a nonprofit on a mission to make the world more accessible for neurodivergent teens, adults, and families. We provide tools, resources, and real opportunities to explore, travel, and thrive—not just survive. We believe that travel and exposure are essential pathways to confidence, independence, and joy.

Free Digital Guides

Our free digital guides are bite-sized, practical tools designed to help neurodivergent individuals and families navigate travel, public spaces, and everyday adventures. From packing checklists to calming strategies, these guides offer simple, visual, and actionable steps that you can download and use right away.

Each guide is created with input from neurodivergent travelers and caregivers who’ve lived these experiences firsthand. We cover real-world scenarios like riding public transit, navigating hotels, attending concerts, and managing sensory needs on the go. Whether you’re planning your first trip or looking for ways to build independence in everyday outings, our guides are here to reduce stress, increase confidence, and make exploration more possible for everyone.
